ok, this is weird. are you trying to upload an ourmedia item manually??

do you have a subdir named:
jamieobrienartepisode6
on "items-uploads" machine?

what is this item supposed to be?
ourmedia? a movie?

i'm uploading using the ourmedia publisher.
and it's a movie file. I've gone through the same process before, i don't believe i had done anything differently.
